As a result of working extensively with children and families in a daycare setting, as a nanny and currently in Mental Health as a Parent Educator/Mentor, Jessica has developed an immense passion for helping families be successful and united in every capacity. Jessica has been overjoyed to discover all the benefits that sign language can offer and that it has been a proven tool to better equip young children during the growth process.
Jessica became passionate about sign language in college where she took four semesters of it and is currently pursuing a Multi-Disciplinary Degree in Psychology and Religion to be completed in August 2009. Jessica loved the sign language part of her studies so much that she is presently receiving her ASL Certification through her local Hearing and Speech Center.
Jessica welcomes the opportunity to educate parents on the benefits of communicating with their young ones through sign language. Her classes not only offer wonderful instruction on the signs but also include engaging and fun activities that make the class enjoyable.
