Melanie LeeAnn Mayhew - Highland Village , Texas
Melanie’s love for American Sign Language grows every day. She is currently studying to become an interpreter of ASL. After achieving certification, she plans to further her learning with a degree in Deaf Education.
Melanie works with children of all ages. She teaches Sunday School classes at her church and provides preschool childcare on days of worship. Daily, she works for an elementary after-school program, specifically with Kindergarten and first grade. She also is a tutor for ASL students of all ages.
With her passions for sign language and early childhood, Melanie hopes to enrich the lives of others, both hearing and Deaf, by sharing the most beautiful language in the world.
